Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC00294 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC00294 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher LINC00294 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00294 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and PAAD show a favorable association.

LIHC, MESO, and KIRC are the cancer types where LINC00294 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
