Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC00293 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC00293 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher LINC00293 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00293 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC show a favorable association.

KICH, BLCA, and STAD are the cancer types where LINC00293 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
