Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC00254 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC00254 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher LINC00254 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00254 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

PAAD, LIHC, and READ are the cancer types where LINC00254 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
