Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC00210 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC00210 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher LINC00210 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00210 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and ESCA show a favorable association.

MESO, KICH, and KIRC are the cancer types where LINC00210 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
