Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC00165 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC00165 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher LINC00165 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00165 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and COAD show a favorable association.

LIHC, LUSC, and THYM are the cancer types where LINC00165 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
