Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC00092 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC00092 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LINC00092 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00092 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LUAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, UVM, and LUAD are the cancer types where LINC00092 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
