LIN7C

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIN7C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,954 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIN7C-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAG3, IL21R, and IFNG. Each is linked with LIN7C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIN7C-to-partner and partner-to-LIN7C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIN7C versus LAG3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIN7C→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIN7C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
