LIN7C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIN7C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 466 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIN7C-associated genes across cancer lineages are SQSTM1P1, RNA5SP411, and ABHD17AP7. Each is linked with LIN7C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIN7C-to-partner and partner-to-LIN7C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SQSTM1P1 grouped by LIN7C-low versus LIN7C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIN7C→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIN7C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
