LIN7C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIN7C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIN7C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, Fibronectin, and Heregulin. Each is linked with LIN7C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIN7C-to-partner and partner-to-LIN7C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by LIN7C-low versus LIN7C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIN7C→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIN7C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
