LIN7B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIN7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,706 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIN7B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TYMP, ADNP, and ARHGAP35. Each is linked with LIN7B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIN7B-to-partner and partner-to-LIN7B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIN7B versus TYMP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIN7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIN7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
