LIN7B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIN7B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,867 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIN7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAL3ST1, LGALS3, and GLT1D1. Each is linked with LIN7B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIN7B-to-partner and partner-to-LIN7B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIN7B versus GAL3ST1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIN7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIN7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
