LIN7A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIN7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,566 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIN7A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, FERMT2, and ACSS3. Each is linked with LIN7A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIN7A-to-partner and partner-to-LIN7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIN7A versus HDGFL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIN7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIN7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
