LIN7A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIN7A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIN7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, PCNA, and VHL. Each is linked with LIN7A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIN7A-to-partner and partner-to-LIN7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by LIN7A-low versus LIN7A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIN7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIN7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
