LIN7A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIN7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,825 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIN7A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CMP catabolic process, Regulation of cell adhesion mediated by integrin, and ERBB2-EGFR signaling pathway. Each is linked with LIN7A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIN7A-to-partner and partner-to-LIN7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CMP catabolic process grouped by LIN7A-low versus LIN7A-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIN7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIN7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
