LIN37

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIN37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,720 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIN37-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAE1, SF3B3, and DHX9. Each is linked with LIN37 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIN37-to-partner and partner-to-LIN37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIN37 versus SAE1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIN37→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIN37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
