LIN37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIN37 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIN37-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, ERK2, and AMPK_pT172. Each is linked with LIN37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIN37-to-partner and partner-to-LIN37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by LIN37-low versus LIN37-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIN37→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIN37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
