LIMS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIMS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIMS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB10, SPEM2, and OR4F5. Each is linked with LIMS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIMS2-to-partner and partner-to-LIMS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB10 grouped by LIMS2-low versus LIMS2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIMS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIMS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
