LIMS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIMS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,070 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIMS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIMS4, ITGAV, and AGPS. Each is linked with LIMS1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIMS1-to-partner and partner-to-LIMS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIMS1 versus LIMS4 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIMS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIMS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
