Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LIMK2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LIMK2 data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LIMK2 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LIMK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
UCEC, OV, and BLCA are the cancer types where LIMK2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
