Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LIME1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LIME1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LIME1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LIME1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and ACC are the cancer types where LIME1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
