LIMD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIMD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,429 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIMD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOK2, EVL, and IL16. Each is linked with LIMD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIMD2-to-partner and partner-to-LIMD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIMD2 versus DOK2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIMD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIMD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
