LIMD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIMD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,980 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIMD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRTAM, GZMK, and ITK. Each is linked with LIMD2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIMD2-to-partner and partner-to-LIMD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIMD2 versus CRTAM in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIMD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIMD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
