LIMD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIMD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,606 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIMD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VSIG4, FCER1G, and RN7SL62P. Each is linked with LIMD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIMD1-to-partner and partner-to-LIMD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VSIG4 grouped by LIMD1-low versus LIMD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIMD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIMD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
