LIMD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIMD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIMD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS13, TEX55, and IL3. Each is linked with LIMD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIMD1-to-partner and partner-to-LIMD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LGALS13 grouped by LIMD1-low versus LIMD1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIMD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIMD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
