Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LIMCH1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LIMCH1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher LIMCH1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LIMCH1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.

PDAC, CCRCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where LIMCH1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
