Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIMCH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,283 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LIMCH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P20, SPARCL1, and CX3CR1. Each is linked with LIMCH1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIMCH1-to-partner and partner-to-LIMCH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIMCH1 versus RPL12P20 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIMCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIMCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
