LIMCH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIMCH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,664 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIMCH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf91, RNF126, and POLRMT. Each is linked with LIMCH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIMCH1-to-partner and partner-to-LIMCH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C16orf91 grouped by LIMCH1-low versus LIMCH1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIMCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIMCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
