LIMA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIMA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,229 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIMA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSG6, RNU6-1106P, and CCDC134. Each is linked with LIMA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIMA1-to-partner and partner-to-LIMA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSG6 grouped by LIMA1-low versus LIMA1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
