LILRP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LILRP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,512 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LILRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERAC1, ZWINT, and SHLD3. Each is linked with LILRP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LILRP2-to-partner and partner-to-LILRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERAC1 grouped by LILRP2-low versus LILRP2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LILRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LILRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
