LILRB5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LILRB5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,573 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LILRB5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RENBP, MRC1, and ITGAL. Each is linked with LILRB5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LILRB5-to-partner and partner-to-LILRB5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LILRB5 versus RENBP in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LILRB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LILRB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
