LILRB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LILRB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,412 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LILRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL2RA, HAVCR2, and TLR2. Each is linked with LILRB2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LILRB2-to-partner and partner-to-LILRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LILRB2 versus IL2RA in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LILRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LILRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
