LILRB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LILRB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,431 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LILRB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TYROBP, UNC13D, and RCSD1_S351. Each is linked with LILRB2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LILRB2-to-partner and partner-to-LILRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LILRB2 versus TYROBP in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LILRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LILRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
