LILRB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LILRB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,433 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LILRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIRPB1, LILRB1, and JAK3. Each is linked with LILRB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LILRB2-to-partner and partner-to-LILRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LILRB2 versus SIRPB1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LILRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LILRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
