LILRB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LILRB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LILRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOC4, TAS1R2, and MAGEB4. Each is linked with LILRB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LILRB2-to-partner and partner-to-LILRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOC4 grouped by LILRB2-low versus LILRB2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LILRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LILRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
