LILRA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LILRA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,324 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LILRA6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, MYO1F, and NCF1. Each is linked with LILRA6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LILRA6-to-partner and partner-to-LILRA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LILRA6 versus WAS in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LILRA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LILRA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
