LILRA6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LILRA6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,083 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LILRA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are HABP4, CNOT6L, and NAA16. Each is linked with LILRA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LILRA6-to-partner and partner-to-LILRA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LILRA6 versus HABP4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LILRA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LILRA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
