Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LILRA6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LILRA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEA-15_pS116, eEF2, and GATA6. Each is linked with LILRA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LILRA6-to-partner and partner-to-LILRA6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PEA-15_pS116 grouped by LILRA6-low versus LILRA6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LILRA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LILRA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
