LILRA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LILRA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,406 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LILRA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIZ1, SMG5, and TRMU. Each is linked with LILRA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LILRA2-to-partner and partner-to-LILRA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CIZ1 grouped by LILRA2-low versus LILRA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LILRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LILRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
