LILRA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LILRA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LILRA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYGD, OR11H1, and C5orf52. Each is linked with LILRA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LILRA2-to-partner and partner-to-LILRA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYGD grouped by LILRA2-low versus LILRA2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LILRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LILRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
