LILRA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LILRA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,920 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LILRA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCC, MCM10, and SPAG5. Each is linked with LILRA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LILRA1-to-partner and partner-to-LILRA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FANCC grouped by LILRA1-low versus LILRA1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LILRA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LILRA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
