LILRA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LILRA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LILRA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk1, Cyclin-B1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with LILRA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LILRA1-to-partner and partner-to-LILRA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chk1 grouped by LILRA1-low versus LILRA1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LILRA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LILRA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
