LIG4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,738 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK1, CENPX, and RFC2. Each is linked with LIG4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIG4-to-partner and partner-to-LIG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHEK1 grouped by LIG4-low versus LIG4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
