LIFR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIFR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,389 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, CKAP2L, and PRC1. Each is linked with LIFR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIFR-to-partner and partner-to-LIFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPU grouped by LIFR-low versus LIFR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
