LIFR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIFR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,686 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIFR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of post-translational protein modification, Regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal, and Signal transduction in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with LIFR in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIFR-to-partner and partner-to-LIFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of post-translational protein modification grouped by LIFR-low versus LIFR-high in KIDNEY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
