LIFR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIFR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,121 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13C4, KRTAP10-7, and SLCO1C1. Each is linked with LIFR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIFR-to-partner and partner-to-LIFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13C4 grouped by LIFR-low versus LIFR-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
