LIAS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,162 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIAS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC1, PRPF38B_S529, and DHX15. Each is linked with LIAS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIAS-to-partner and partner-to-LIAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LIAS versus RFC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
