LIAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LIAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,172 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are LEO1, MTCYBP9, and SAR1A. Each is linked with LIAS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIAS-to-partner and partner-to-LIAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LEO1 grouped by LIAS-low versus LIAS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
