LIAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LIAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LIAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4N4, OR10K2, and OR10T2. Each is linked with LIAS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LIAS-to-partner and partner-to-LIAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4N4 grouped by LIAS-low versus LIAS-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LIAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→LIAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
