LHX8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHX8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHX8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Di-Ras3, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with LHX8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHX8-to-partner and partner-to-LHX8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Di-Ras3 grouped by LHX8-low versus LHX8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHX8→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHX8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
