LHX6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LHX6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LHX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are p21, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with LHX6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LHX6-to-partner and partner-to-LHX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p21 grouped by LHX6-low versus LHX6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LHX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LHX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
